We would love to show you around Alegría Village and the neighborhood we are designing!

Due to on-site construction, our property is closed to the public, but we are offering Open House tours every Thursday at 7:30am CST.

On this tour you’ll get to see many of the lots we have available now, and get a feel for the land and the community intention. We’ll hike through the hillside of Alegría and visit our communal organic farm and yoga shala. Your tour guide will answer detailed questions you might have regarding permits, architectural designs, the masterplan, construction, timeline, and other considerations when choosing your lot!

This is a perfect introduction to Alegría or first visit to the project!

*Please note: Alegría is in the hills and areas of the land are under construction. Please wear closed-toed shoes you can hike in, and long lightweight pants are recommended. A hat, sunscreen, and water! and your camera!

**Tour will be in English or Spanish (or both!, depending on the group)

***There will be no tours between December 15th-January 5th as we will be closed for holidays. There will also be no tour on March 28, 2024 as we will be closed for Costa Rica holiday week.
